Marriage on British Virgin Islands Which dates should be considered?
In general, the wedding can be solemnized after a stay of 4 days on the island,
which are necessary to apply for the "Marriage License". To guarantee a smooth
handling, we recommend to supply all documents to Infinity 6 weeks
before departure at the latest.
Which documents are required?
Passport with a validity of 3 month and copies of the first 6 pages.
Certified translated birth certificate of birth or international excerpt from the register of birth.
Marriage License (will be issued locally after your arrival).
If divorced: final decree of the divorce.
If widowed: certificate of death.
In case of being minor (minimum age of 21 years), written consent of the parents or
the legal guardian, certified by a notary.
