Marriage on Anguilla Which dates should be considered?
In general, the wedding can be solemnised after a stay of 4 days
on the island, which are necessary to apply for the "Marriage License".
To guarantee a smooth handling, we recommend to supply all documents to
Infinity 6 weeks before departure at the latest.
Which documents are required?
Passport with a validity of 3 month.
Birth certificate.
Marriage License (will be issued locally after your arrival).
If divorced or widowed: a certification of divorce or death certificate
of the former spouse, including notary certified translation.
In case of being minor: written consent of the parents or the legal
guardian, certified by a notary.
